Private-label hand tools for importers, distributors and tool brands - produced by our partner factory in Shunde, Foshan.
The factory states that OEM and ODM buyer orders run on the same production lines, to the same standards and the same quality control, as its own branded tools. That is the principle the whole private-label programme rests on: your range is not a side job squeezed in between runs.

Freeze the specification
Tooling, material, hardness and branding are agreed against the factory catalog before anything is sampled.

Approve the physical sample
Samples are produced from the frozen specification so your approval is based on the actual tool, not a catalogue render.

RUN4
Run, pack, publish the carton data
The same lines and QC steps as the factory's own brand. Carton data is fixed per model before the goods leave.

Branding on the tool
Grip and body marks applied on the factory's own lines - the same lines used for the factory's branded tools.
Working end specification
Steel grade and hardness of blades, jaws, tips and bits, from CR-V through to Taiwan S2 tool steel as used across the current KK range.
Packaging and shipping marks
Packaging direction and carton marks are confirmed with the RFQ, together with the barcode and label fields your market needs.
Market language
Instruction and warning text for your destination market is agreed at spec freeze, not after production.
Carton quantity per model
Pieces per carton, carton volume and gross weight are published per model, so landed cost is known before you commit.
