TERMS OF SERVICE
The basis on which we quote and supply
These terms apply to quotations and orders for the KK hand tool range supplied by Kingkong Tools.
This website is a product and capability catalogue, not a transactional shop. Nothing on it is an offer capable of acceptance on its own - every supply is governed by the written quotation and order confirmation agreed between us.

THE TERMS
Quotation, order and delivery
Read together with the quotation and order confirmation issued for your specific order.
Website content
Product descriptions, specifications and carton data are published in good faith from the factory catalog. They may be updated or corrected; the specification confirmed in your order confirmation governs.
Quotations
Quotations are prepared per model and per destination market, and are built on published carton data. A quotation states how long it remains valid; after that date prices and freight are re-confirmed.
Orders
An order becomes binding when we confirm it in writing. Quantities, models, packaging, branding and carton data are the ones frozen in that confirmation.
Specifications and tolerances
Hand tools are manufactured to the agreed specification and within normal production tolerances for the industry. Where a sample is approved, the production run follows the approved sample.
Delivery and risk
Delivery terms, the point at which risk passes and who arranges carriage are the ones stated in your order confirmation or contract.
Payment
Payment terms are the ones agreed in writing for your order. Payment details are never sent as a change to previously agreed instructions without separate written confirmation from us.
Branding and intellectual property
Where you supply a brand, mark or artwork, you confirm you are entitled to use it. We use it only to produce your order. The KK range, this website and its content remain our property or that of our partner factory.
Claims
If goods do not conform to the confirmed specification, tell us promptly with photographs, packing details and carton markings so the matter can be investigated and resolved.
Governing law
Unless your order confirmation states otherwise, these terms and any supply contract are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China.
